“A very warm welcome from staff. Excellent food which was amazing value for money. My sister in law and I use this establishment after a trip to the RSPB Pulborough Brooks nature reserve. My king prawns in tempura batter with chilli sauce was delicious. The beef lasagne was also excellent. Followed by an equally delicious sticky toffee pudding. This pub is a little gem. I can thoroughly recommend a visit.”

“We have been here several times before and we are never disappointed. Lovely welcome today by the landlord's son (sorry didn't catch the name) who made us feel at home straight away. I highly recommend the seafood platter - truly scrumptious and you get a LOT. Lunar the dog is a delight but only accepts cuddles on her terms! Thank you very much for a lovely Friday lunch.”
